Oppose the Prevention and Combating of Hate Crimes and Hate Speech Bill
The Prevention and Combating of Hate Crimes and Hate Speech Bill has been made available for public comment. Deadline for such comments is 1 December 2016.
The Bill has numerous draconian, anti-democratic, and anti-rights provisions. If passed, it may prove to be unworkable but will give the state and other political entities the power to convict people on ludicrous grounds. If you enjoy freedom, comedy or basic logic, you need to raise awareness of this bill and oppose it.
